Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders to addresses in the United States. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states only.

Processing time

Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Most orders arrive within 4 to 8 business days of purchase. These are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially during the busy Halloween season.

Halloween cutoff: To have your order in time for Halloween, we recommend ordering by October 22.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll try to update it before the order ships.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email us at support@saltlineboutique.com with your order number and we'll help.
