This website is operated by YARDHAUNT. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to YARDHAUNT. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to place an order. You agree not to use our products or site for any illegal purpose, and not to interfere with the site's security or operation.

2. Products and pricing

We try to show product colors, sizes and details as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee your screen displays them exactly. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities or refuse any order, and if we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

5. Safe use

Our inflatable decorations are meant for seasonal decorative use. Follow the included instructions, secure them with the stakes and tethers provided, keep the power adapter and cord away from standing water, and unplug them in high winds or storms. Don't leave them running unattended for long periods, and keep small children from climbing on them.

6. Third party links

Our site may link to sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

7. Errors

We may correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing or availability at any time, including after an order has been placed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, YARDHAUNT won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States.
